Unfortunately, the short answer is no. I take celiac very seriously, and don’t want to take any risks. Although the flours I work with are all certified gluten free and I take every precaution I can, all products are baked in a shared kitchen where goods with gluten are baked as well. All work surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and materials kept separate, but I am unable to guarantee there hasn’t been cross-contamination along the way, especially along the distribution chain.

Loaves are best eaten fresh or frozen within 3 days. Store at room temp on the counter in a paper or waxed bread bag, cut side down. To freeze, slice first then store in a freezer bag. Just pop in the toaster oven to defrost and enjoy!Hot Tip: many people slice and freeze half the loaf on the day they receive it, and eat the other half fresh over the next few days!
