Gloria Provisions offers gluten-free products, made from certified gluten-free flours & ingredients, and prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility. While there is no gluten in the kitchen, we do work with other common allergens including eggs, tree nuts (but never peanuts), and sesame.

While all precautions are taken to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that there hasn’t been cross-contamination along the way or that our products are safe for people with severe allergies.
