One of my favorite bread combinations of all time! Salty green picholine olives and fresh rosemary from the farm with a touch of cornmeal that adds a beautiful texture. I love this loaf alongside an Italian stew, dipped in olive oil, or eaten alongside eggs in the morning.

An homage to a classic Scandinavian bread, this hearty loaf has a deep flavor, darker color, and a medley of toasted seeds incorporated into the dough. We love it with lox, cream cheese & dill for the smørrebrød experience! Another sweet favorite is nut butter & strawberries with mint and honey.

Sweet strawberries from last summer meet tart rhubarb in a springtime jam that’s spread throughout the layers of our not-too-sweet and not-too-crumbly scone with hints of lemon zest.

A seasonally changing savory version of our beloved scones, highlighting vegetables and herbs from local farm partners (or whatever was frozen or preserved from the summer’s harvest!).
This month features my springtime favorite, green garlic. Only available for a short time, they are tender garlic plants harvested before the bulbs have formed underground and scapes have sprouted from their tops. I slow cook the green garlic in olive oil and paired with roasted potatoes and a bit of red pepper for this special spring scone.

The Gloria version of this little-known French pastry that is often described as somewhere between an almond croissant and French toast. Our Sourdough Brioche topped with almond frangipane and local seasonal fruit — stone fruit & berries in the summer, apples & pears in the winter.
This month features the citrus bounty of late winter & early spring: caramelized kumquats and sunny oranges.

Perhaps one of the most unique cookies you’ll ever try, in the best possible way! Earthy buckwheat meets semi-tart bing cherries and dark chocolate, topped with whole buckwheat groats for crunch. Sure, we’re biased but this one might be our favorite (don’t tell the others!).

Granola featuring the match made in heaven that is chocolate & cherry! A little earthy from the cacao, with semi-tart bing cherries, coconut, crunchy buckwheat groats, sunflower seeds, and spices. We love this one with yogurt strawberries or blueberries, but often eat clusters of it for a sweet snack too.

Morning buns are a common breakfast staple in Scandinavia, often served on weekends with butter, cheese & jam. They’re crusty on the outside and pillowy-soft on the inside, and rolled in grains or seeds for texture. My version is made with teff flour that’s nutrient dense and brings a beautiful light brown color and earthy flavor to the rolls, which are rolled in oats before baking. Sold in a pack of four.
